Having worked in Financial Services since 1998, I bring a wealth of experience supporting clients and advisers through every stage of the financial planning journey. As Senior Client Support Manager, I work closely with our clients and the wider team to ensure every interaction is smooth, thoughtful, and focused on achieving the right outcomes. My aim is to make complex processes feel straightforward, helping clients feel supported and at ease throughout.
Building strong relationships is a key part of my role. I take pride in delivering a high level of care and attention to detail, working collaboratively with the team to ensure everything we do is in our clients’ best interests. For me, it’s the small moments – like when a client says “thank you for making that so easy” – that matter most, as they reflect the clarity, support and reassurance I aim to provide every day.
Working at Vita Planning is something I truly value. Being part of a close-knit, supportive team means we can share ideas, work openly together, and make a genuine difference in our clients’ lives.
Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters and enjoy staying active through road running, having completed half marathons and working towards an ultra. I also love walking close to home in Nidderdale with my Doberman, making the most of the countryside and fresh air.
